BNP Paribas CIB is using AI to face its current key challenges, such as Customer Experience, Cybersecurity or operational efficiency. AI allows us to leverage on our unstructured data and to mine through chats, conversations, contracts, news. Use-cases of AI across the Group have grown to reach more than 250 use-cases identified, using AI bricks such as Search, Translate, Name Entity Recognition, … Our API strategy allows us to deliver these AI solutions across the BNP Paribas ecosystem and brings standards, scalability, security and expertise in a self-service, open and easily accessible API management.
